Labels every buy button with the free gift instead of the product

Why it converts
The page sells a subscribed 12-bar variety pack, but none of its buttons say so: each one reads “GET MY FREE GIFT”, from the hero to the closing band. The intro sets this up before reason one with “Your first order comes with a free 4-pack.” The offer card then names the gift as “Oatmeal Chocolate Chip 4ct $15.99 FREE with your first order”, under “Subscribe and Save 30% on your first order”. The pack’s own price never appears on the page, so the only dollar figure next to a button is the value of the thing given away. The reasons stay on the product, from “Made with 7 brain ingredients most bars skip” to “20g of protein for your body”, and the brain claims carry the page’s own FDA disclaimer.
What to steal
Write the buy button as the thing the reader gets for free, and keep that label on every button down the page. Put the gift’s dollar value once, in the offer card, so the label has a number behind it. This works when the gift is something the reader wants on its own, like a smaller pack of the product they came for. It fails when the gift is filler, because a button that promises a free thing and opens a subscription checkout breaks trust at the moment of purchase.
