Writes the FAQ for the buyer, not for the user

Why it converts
Seven of the twelve questions under “Got Questions?” belong to the person paying rather than the person drinking: “Can I include a gift message?”, “Can I choose the date the gift card is sent?”, “Can I cancel or get a refund after purchasing the gift?”, “What exactly am I purchasing with this gift?” The whole page is built that way — “What they’ll get,” then “How the gifting works” as three steps of pure logistics (“You buy the gift, enter their shipping address, and personalize a digital gift card”), then “What they’ll experience” as a twelve-month timeline — with the product itself, Cask #009, sitting in the middle bracketed by the recipient on both sides, and an escape hatch at the end reading “Want Cask Co-Op Collective for yourself?”
What to steal
The FAQ is where a page admits who it thinks is reading. When the buyer is not the user, their anxieties turn out to be almost entirely logistical — timing, wording, whether it can be undone — and not one of them is answered by describing the product better. Worth noting the state this was captured in: the offer block reads SOLD OUT, so the page is arguing at full strength for something nobody can buy. A gift page outliving its inventory is the ordinary hazard of a limited release, and it is worth deciding in advance what the page should say on the day the last seat goes.
