Hey, it's Ezra 👋
This is the swipe file from my video on how supplement brands use listicles to scale on Meta.
I pulled two pages: IM8 (David Beckham's brand) and Grüns. Below is every headline, every reason, and every piece of proof I found on them, sorted into the three things they both do:
- They go after people who already take supplements.
- They stack proof, because supplement buyers are skeptical.
- They sell the daily habit.
Everything in quotes is copied word for word from the pages. I fetched both on 9 Oct 2026, so the pages may have changed since.

1. Go after people who already take supplements
Look at the headlines. Neither one tries to convince you to care about your health. They assume you already buy something in the category and give you a reason to switch.
IM8 headline
"7 Reasons Everyone is Switching to David Beckham's Co-Founded IM8 which replaces 16 supplements in one."
IM8 subhead
"Most wellness brands are licensing deals. Beckham co-founded IM8. We list every single ingredient and dose on the label."
IM8's 7 reasons
- "760,000+ Customer Purchases With a 16,000+ Five-Star Average"
- "It Contains a Complex Literally No Other Supplement Carries"
- "It's NSF Certified for Sport. The Same Standard Pro Athletes Are Required to Meet"
- "It Uses Vitamin Forms Your Body Can Actually Use Without Conversion"
- "It Adds Saffron Extract. The Mood Ingredient That Costs More Per Gram Than Gold"
- "It Replaces Your Multivitamin, B-Complex, Magnesium, D3, K2, and Joint Supplement. In One Serving"
- "It Costs $3 per Day. Less Than Your Morning Coffee and Infinitely More Useful"
Switching lines inside the reasons:
- "Most people take 3–6 separate products and still have gaps. Essentials Pro consolidates all of it."
- "Search every competitor label. You won't find it."
- "Replaces 7+ Supplements"
